LifeBook Memoirs offers (what we call) a private autobiography or private memoir service. With interviewers (who visit authors' homes), ghostwriters, a team of project managers and editors etc. We create the author's autobiography for them. We print low-volume but incredibly high-quality books, which are printed, stitched and hand-bound in England. We're not a publisher and we don't buy stories or publish to the mass market.
The head office and main production team are based in Godalming, England. We have a sales team and office in the USA.
So far, we have two demographics. The Author, our authors are usually older, above 60 and are writing the book to share with family and friends. The other is the Gifter, the gifters are usually children or grandchildren, but we still don't target younger than 35 years old.
